Why We Built QuicklyDoc

We got started with a small founding team from the Midwest, with firsthand experience in industries where really good training is the difference maker: facilities management, fulfillment centers, restaurants, retail, field service, and hospitality.

Across these fields and others, the same universal problems kept surfacing:

• One or two team members always carry a ton of our institutional knowledge

• Training falls on your best people - pulling them away from the real work

• Newer employees have the time and motivation, but not the know-how

• Tasks we don’t have to do often get lost or poorly remembered

• Writing training guides by hand takes hours, and still misses nuance

We know the burden because we’ve lived it -building SOPs by hand, formatting photos, trying to type out subtle timings or tricky exceptions in a PDF doc.

QuicklyDoc exists because we needed a tool like this ourselves: something that lets you record once, and turn that into a structured, shareable guide quickly.
