How does pricing work?
Every plan is an annual commitment, set up with our team. Starter ($10,000/year) and Team ($25,000/year) are published annual plans - tell us about your team and we'll put together a proposal. Pro and Enterprise are scoped as custom engagements around your rollout, so we quote them directly - contact us for pricing.
Do you help us get set up and capture our procedures?
Yes, and it's the core of our Pro and Enterprise engagements. We partner with you to scope the procedures that matter most, build out your library alongside your team, and get everyone using it - so the system is live and working rather than another item on your list. Team includes remote onboarding and live training, and Starter includes guided setup with our team.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Plans are annual commitments. If you outgrow yours mid-term, we'll move you up and prorate the difference for the rest of your term. Any other plan changes happen at renewal.
What's included in Enterprise?
Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus API access and integrations, custom workflows built around your process, custom security and data controls, and custom contracts and SLAs - all backed by a dedicated account team and a full-service launch partnership.
